1 Introduction and Acceptance

kaki33 is not responsible for funds sent through an incorrect cryptocurrency network or to an expired or inaccurate wallet address. Conversion values may be determined when the transaction receives the required network confirmations, not when it is initiated.

Before processing a withdrawal, kaki33 may require identity verification, proof of payment ownership, wagering review, source-of-funds evidence, or additional security checks. Processing estimates are not guarantees because banks, e-wallets, blockchain networks, weekends, public holidays, and compliance reviews can cause delays.

Chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes submitted dishonestly may result in account restriction and recovery of the relevant amount and reasonable costs. A genuine transaction concern should first be reported to kaki33 support for investigation.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

8 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

Accounts with no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Any dormant-account treatment or administrative charge will be communicated in advance where required and will not be applied contrary to applicable law.

12 Amendments, Severability and Contact
